How We Work
Cleancut Interiors offers a seamless, structured approach that feels elevated, organized, and impeccably managed from start to finish. Clients move through a calm, predictable process supported by clear communication, expert direction, and intentional design leadership.
1. Vision session – $500
We walk through your space, listen to your goals, and clarify your design style, priorities, budget range, and timeline so you leave with a clear roadmap.
2. Pre-Construction Schematics – $1-3K
We translate inspiration into a cohesive, build-ready plan that balances form, function, and feasibility—reducing surprises once construction begins.
3. Design & Planning – $5-10k
We confirm scope, selections, schedule, and investment so the project starts with alignment and confidence.
4. Renovation, Build, and ManagEment – 15% fee
One team manages every detail with disciplined project management and a craftsmanship standard anchored in precision, durability, and considered detail.
5. Completion and Warranty
We complete a refined handover, address the final details properly, and ensure your space is ready to support how you live or work every day.

The Vision Session is the first step in our process.
It’s a collaborative meeting where we walk through your space, listen to your goals, and explore design ideas — so you leave with clarity on what’s possible and a clear roadmap for next steps.
This is the most aligned first step if you want professional guidance before committing to design or construction — especially if you’re balancing priorities, timelines, and the reality of how the space needs to function day to day.
What you’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of what’s possible for your space and priorities.
Early guidance on layout, function, and feasibility.
A recommendation on the best next step: design-only, or a fully guided Design + Build renovation.

After design, Cleancut Interiors offers Renovation & Project Management to carry the vision through to completion with a structured, guided experience. This phase is designed to feel seamless and expertly managed—so your renovation stays clear, organized, and thoughtfully executed.
Design-Only Is Always An Option
You’re not obligated to hire Cleancut Interiors for renovation services. If you want guidance to clarify your style and goals, start with a Vision Session;
if you want drawings, renderings, or a design package, you can hire Cleancut for design services only and take that plan to other contractors (or complete the project yourself).
