At Cleancut Interiors, we believe that the foundation to a successful renovation is a well planned project. This would start with a vision session to clarify your design style, goal, budget and timeline. There is a cost of $500 for this service, but it is fully refunded if you end up hiring us to complete your renovation that we help you design!

As much as we would love to do your renovation as well as the design, you are not obligated to hire us for the renovation. If you just want a professional to help you clarify your design style and goals, then simply hire us for a vision session. If you want floorplans and renderings or a design package completed you can hire us for just that service as well. You are free to take that design and get quotes from other contractors or even complete the project yourself!

An interior decorator is a professional that can help you choose colors, textures or furniture for a space. An interior designer is a professional that can help you with layout options, create drawing packages, building schematics, kitchen layouts, and 3D walkthroughs and renderings of a space. Luckily, we can help in BOTH areas! We have both a certified Interior Designer Technologist AND a Landscape Architecture Technologist on our staff!

The Vision Session is the first step in our process. It’s a collaborative meeting where we walk through your space, listen to your goals, and explore design ideas. You’ll leave with clarity on what’s possible and a clear roadmap for next steps.

Timelines vary depending on project size and complexity. Smaller renovations may take a few weeks, while full-scale remodels or commercial build-outs may take several months. We’ll provide a realistic timeline during your proposal.

Yes. After the Vision Session, we create a detailed estimate that outlines the scope of work, materials, and labor. This helps you understand the budget before making decisions on finishes and final details.

Absolutely. We guide you through the selection process with curated options that match your style, needs, and budget. If you’d rather hand it off, our designers can make selections for you.

Most of our renovation projects range between $50,000 and $500,000, depending on the size, complexity, and scope of work. That said, we still encourage clients with smaller or larger projects to book a Vision Session. Even if your budget falls outside our typical range, we can often help with the design process or find creative ways to make your budget work. Our goal is to provide value and solutions at any stage of your renovation journey.
